These terms govern the use of Lolipop ("Lolipop", "the Service"), operated by Yummy, MB. Lolipop is provided by Yummy to its clients. If a client has a separate written agreement with Yummy, that agreement takes precedence where it differs from these terms.
1. The service
Lolipop receives a store's forwarded support email, sorts messages into categories, drafts replies using the store's Shopify data and the policies the store provides, and can propose Shopify actions (cancel, refund, shipping address change, discount code, replacement order, order note). Yummy sets up and runs the Service for each client. See the Privacy Policy for what data is processed.
2. Accounts
Team members log in with links sent to their email address. The client decides who on its team has access and is responsible for activity under those accounts. Tell us at once if an account should be removed.
3. AI drafts and autopilot
- Drafts are written by AI (Claude, by Anthropic). They can be wrong or incomplete.
- By default a person on the client's team reviews each draft before it is sent. A draft is sent without review only in a category the client has put on autopilot, and only when it meets the conditions shown in the app.
- The client can pause the AI, block a category, or switch a category back to copilot at any time.
4. Shopify actions
Shopify actions run only after a person on the client's team approves them. The client is responsible for the actions its team approves, and for the limits it asks us to set (for example refund and discount limits).
5. The client's responsibilities
- The store's policies, prices, promises and tone that the AI is given, and keeping them up to date.
- The replies its team sends and the categories it puts on autopilot.
- Having the right to forward its customers' emails to Lolipop and to install the Lolipop Shopify app.
- Its obligations to its own customers, including answering their privacy requests.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law or anyone's rights, to send spam, or to try to get around its guardrails.
7. Fees
Fees are agreed between the client and Yummy. There are no self-serve plans.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Lolipop running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
9. Ending the service
A client can stop using Lolipop at any time by telling us and uninstalling the Shopify app. Store data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yummy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees the client paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If we change them materially, we will tell clients by email. Continued use after the change means the client accepts the updated terms.
