Lolipop reads every email to your Shopify store, sorts it, and writes a reply from the customer's real orders and your own policies. A person on your team checks it and presses send.
Follow-ups thread into the ticket that is already open, so your team sees the whole conversation in one place. Angry or urgent messages go to Needs human instead of getting a draft.
Every category starts in copilot: the AI drafts, a person sends. A category can switch to autopilot only after enough drafts went out with few edits. By default that is 20 sent drafts with no more than 15% of the words changed.
A digest for each store at 07:00: tickets in and out, replies sent by the AI and by people, edit rates per category, first response time, and what is still waiting.
The AI can propose a cancellation, refund, address change, discount code, free replacement or order note. Each one is checked against the store's rules, waits for approval, and is logged.
The reply goes out in the language the customer wrote in, with each store's own policies, tone and signature. Built for stores selling across several markets.
Each email is sorted into a category and answered from the customer's Shopify orders, tracking and your policies. A person checks it and sends.
Needs human, Drafts to review, Actions to approve, AI failed, Sent by AI. Tickets land in the queue that says what they need.
Forward Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail or the Shopify contact form into Lolipop. The Shopify app adds each customer's orders to the ticket.
Cancel, refund, change an address, create a discount code, send a free replacement or add an order note. Nothing runs until a person approves.
The emails every Shopify store gets, every day. Lolipop sends the routine ones, drafts the rest for a quick check, and hands the tricky ones to a person.

The worst ones are quiet: an email nobody answered, a refund nobody did. These are the gaps Lolipop is built to close.
A question lands in a shared mailbox on Friday evening and is still there on Tuesday. Everyone thought someone else had it. In Lolipop every email becomes a ticket in a queue, and it stays there until it has a reply.
The same customer writes again because nobody replied, then again. Follow-ups thread into the open ticket, and angry, urgent or legal-sounding messages go to Needs human instead of getting a draft.
The reply says “we've refunded you”, but nobody did it in Shopify. Lolipop proposes the refund next to the draft. It waits in Actions to approve until a person runs it, and every step is logged.
Common support gaps, described as examples. Not data from a specific store.
Forward Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail, the Shopify contact form or any other mailbox. The Shopify app adds each customer's orders to every ticket.

Lolipop keeps an eye on every open ticket so you don't have to. The things you'd notice if you had time to read every email.
Your store's address forwards into Lolipop, from Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or the Shopify contact form. Each store gets its own inbox.
Where is my order, returns, cancellations, address changes, invoices, product questions. The reply comes from the customer's orders and your policies.
Edit if needed, approve any Shopify action, send. When a category's drafts barely need edits, you can switch it to autopilot.

For one store answering a handful of emails a day.
For busy stores ready to let the AI send routine replies.
For high-volume stores with a support team.
Run support for several client stores from one login, each with its own inbox, policies and digest. White-label available.
Contact usNot unless you allow it. Every category starts in copilot, where a person sends each reply. A category can move to autopilot only after your team has sent enough of its drafts with few edits, and you can pause the AI for a whole store at any time.
From the customer's orders, tracking and product availability in Shopify, and from the policies, tone and signature you give it for each store. If the answer is not there, it does not guess. The ticket goes to a person.
It can propose six actions: cancel an order, refund, update the shipping address, create a discount code, create a free replacement order, or add an order note. Each one runs only after a person approves it, and only if it passes the store's guardrails.
It was built for Lithuanian, Polish and English stores and replies in the language the customer wrote in.
No. You keep your address and forward it into Lolipop. It works with Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail, the Shopify contact form or any mailbox that can forward. Replies go out from your store's address.
Lolipop is set up and run by Yummy, so there is no self-serve signup. Tell us about your stores and your support volume, and we will connect them, set up your categories, policies and tone, and agree the plan with you.
Lolipop reads every email, drafts the reply and lines up the Shopify action, so your team only has to check and send. It's set up and run by Yummy, a Shopify growth agency, who tune it to your categories, policies and tone.
