What is Lolipop?
Lolipop is an AI analyst for Shopify merchants. After you connect your data sources — Shopify, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Microsoft Clarity — Lolipop reads your live data and answers questions in chat. It also runs scheduled audits and a weekly brief.
Think of it as a senior analyst who's read every dashboard, knows every benchmark, and is available 24/7 — but charges $59/month instead of $4,000/month.
What data sources does Lolipop need?
Shopify is required — that's the source of truth for orders, products, and customers. Beyond that, every connection is optional, but the more you connect the deeper the analysis:
- **Google Analytics 4** — sessions, conversions, traffic channels, on-site search.
- **Google Search Console** — organic clicks, impressions, CTR, average rank.
- **Google Ads** — campaign + keyword + search-term performance.
- **Meta Ads** — ROAS, creative-level metrics, ad creatives (with visual analysis).
- **Klaviyo** — flow + campaign performance.
- **Omnisend** — campaign + automation performance.
- **Microsoft Clarity** — rage clicks, dead clicks, scroll patterns.
You connect everything from the Connections page once you're inside Lolipop.
**On Meta Ads specifically:** Meta App Review is in progress on Lolipop right now. While that's pending, Meta connect works for whitelisted merchants — request access via the Connections page after you install and we'll enable it within ~24h. Every other connector is fully self-serve.
How much does it cost?
Three self-serve tiers + custom Agency pricing. Billed monthly in USD through Shopify's managed billing.
- **Starter — $59/month** — 1 store, all audits, weekly brief, email support. Chat is on fair-use terms.
- **Pro — $129/month** — 1 store, everything in Starter plus generous monthly chat usage, multi-team access, and priority support. Most merchants pick this tier.
- **Scale — $199/month** — 1 store, unlimited chat with the analyst, dedicated Slack channel.
- **Agency — Custom** — 3+ stores, multi-store dashboard, white-label option, dedicated CSM. Email us for pricing.

**On chat limits:** Starter and Pro have fair-use limits — meaning we don't cut you off mid-conversation, but if your usage starts to look like a Scale-tier operator (50+ chats per day, every day), we'll reach out to talk about upgrading. The vast majority of merchants on Starter and Pro never come close.
Multi-store on a single Pro/Starter/Scale plan: each Shopify store you install Lolipop on is billed separately. If you have 3 stores on Pro that's 3 × $129 = $387/month — much cheaper to switch to Agency pricing once you have 3+ stores.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Specifics:
- **OAuth tokens encrypted at rest** (AES-256-GCM) before being written to our database. They never leave the server.
- **Per-merchant isolation** — your data is never aggregated with another merchant's. Each Shopify store's data is scoped to its own database row.
- **Read-only access** — Lolipop only reads from your connected data sources. We never modify campaigns, change budgets, send emails, or write back to any platform.
- **No data resale, ever.** We don't share, sell, or rent your data to third parties.
- **Deletion on disconnect** — when you disconnect a data source from the Connections page, the encrypted credentials are deleted immediately. When you uninstall Lolipop entirely, your Shop record is marked uninstalled and credentials are removed.

I just installed Lolipop. What should I ask it first?
Start with the Audits page (Audits tab in the sidebar) — those are pre-built analyses you can run with one click. The most useful first-time audits:
- **State of Your Store** — a top-down "what's working, what's broken, what to fix this week" summary across every connected source.
- **Conversion Funnel** — where users drop off between visiting and buying.
- **Meta Creative Fatigue** — if you run Meta Ads.
- **SEO Health Check** — striking-distance opportunities + low-CTR pages.
Then go to the Chat tab and ask follow-up questions. Some good first prompts:
- "What are my top Meta ads and what visual patterns do the winners share?"
- "What are my biggest SEO opportunities right now?"
- "Are my Klaviyo flows working compared to industry benchmarks?"
- "Which Google Ads search terms are wasting my budget?"
Can my team access Lolipop?
Yes. From the Settings → Team page, invite teammates by email. They'll get a magic-link login that grants them access to the same Lolipop instance — same chat history, same audits, same action items.
Roles: admins can invite + remove other users; members can use everything but can't manage the team list. Owners (you, the merchant) can do everything plus disconnect data sources.
Do you support multiple Shopify stores under one account?
Yes, two patterns:
- **Multi-store agency:** install Lolipop on each Shopify store separately. Each store has its own Lolipop instance, its own connections, its own billing. You can switch between them via a store-selector dropdown in the standalone web app at app.trylolipop.com.
- **Multi-market on one Shopify install:** if you use Shopify Markets to run multiple country storefronts under one Shopify account (e.g., a Lithuanian store + a Polish store), Lolipop can split that one install into N "market shops" so you get per-market data. Set this up from Settings → Markets.
Which AI models power Lolipop?
Anthropic's Claude family. The main analyst loop runs on Claude Opus 4.7 (the most capable model in the family) with extended thinking enabled for complex strategic questions. Low-stakes operations (title generation, conversation summarization) run on Claude Haiku 4.5 to keep cost down.
Why Anthropic specifically: Claude is best-in-class for following structured instructions, admitting uncertainty, and refusing to invent data — all critical when an analyst is making financial recommendations from your data.
What happens if I uninstall Lolipop?
When you uninstall from Shopify Admin:
1. Shopify sends us an uninstall webhook. 2. We mark your Shop record as uninstalled. 3. Encrypted OAuth credentials for connected data sources (Google, Meta, Klaviyo, etc.) are deleted from our database. 4. Your subscription is cancelled by Shopify automatically.
If you want explicit deletion of your conversation history + audit data, email us at hello@yummygrow.com from the same email you used to sign up and we'll process the request within 30 days per GDPR / CCPA requirements.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Either:
- Uninstall Lolipop from your Shopify Admin (cancels the subscription immediately and removes the app).
- Cancel just the subscription from Shopify Admin → Settings → Billing → Apps. The app stays installed but data won't refresh and audits won't run.
No long-term contracts, no early-termination fees, no "talk to sales to cancel" nonsense.
I'm getting an error connecting Google. Help?
A few common causes:
- **"Unverified app" warning:** During Google's verification window, only listed test users can connect. Email us if you need to be added.
- **"Permission denied" after OAuth:** The Google account you connected with might not have access to the Google Ads / GA4 property / Search Console site you're trying to track. Check at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- **No properties / sites showing in the picker:** The Google account you used doesn't have GA4 / GSC access. Sign in to analytics.google.com with the same account to confirm.
- **Google Ads accounts not appearing:** Your Google account needs explicit user access to the Ads account, OR the Ads account must be linked under a Manager Account (MCC) you have access to.
If none of these match, contact us with a screenshot of the error.
What if Lolipop gives me a wrong or generic answer?
Tell us. Either:
- Use the thumbs-down feedback in the chat (if available) to flag a specific message.
- Email hello@yummygrow.com with: your store URL, the question you asked, the answer Lolipop gave, and what you'd expect a good answer to look like.
We use these to tune the agent's prompts, add tools where Lolipop is missing data, and fix patterns that produce weak answers. This kind of feedback shapes Lolipop more than any other input.
